Sarah Bell has developed a unique menu to perfectly compliment wines from the Orin Swift collection,
known for being unashamedly bold in color, body and character.
Chef Sarah has drawn inspiration from Winemaker David Phinney’s philosophy, “to find the best grapes
they can get their hands on, let them hang long enough to become perfectly ripe, then express their
character in the boldest way possible” to develop a menu that plays on the relationship between the
