Our chef-driven kitchen is locally sourced and exhibits the farm-to-fork mission in every dish. Our menus are so stocked with innovative, delicious dishes that it makes some folks downright indecisive. From Texas Kobe beef raised in the Southern Plains to Texas quail from the little town of Bandera, it might take a long Texas minute to decide.

If menu frustration sets in, don’t worry — just close your eyes and point to the menu. Wherever your finger lands, go with that. It’s a little unconventional, but with this menu you can’t lose. There’s no bum steers on this ticket.
