Both Haywire and The Ranch at Las Colinas are keeping things seasonal this Fall with new hearty and comforting scratch-made dishes! The restaurants are now serving carefully-crafted warm and hearty autumn-inspired meals to make everyone feel right at home.

The chefs at Haywire and The Ranch created new dishes inspired by the great Lone Star State’s finest seasonal and local products. With these delectable new dishes that are sure to please, visitors are encouraged to come in, relax, and enjoy the true taste of Texas!

The New Dishes


  • Duroc Bacon Board ($18.95) – A charcuterie platter with a twist, including bourbon molasses, BBQ-grilled, and applewood smoked bacon slices, served with pickled green tomatoes on the side.


  • Fall Shrimp Salad ($16.95) – Mix fire-roasted tomatoes, queso fresco, grilled gulf shrimp, and roasted beets into a salad that includes fresh spinach, arugula, and red flowering kale.

Texas Plates

  • Steak and Eggs ($39.95) – Farm fresh eggs sunny-side-up with potatoes and a 13-ounce Angus boneless ribeye—served during brunch only.
  • 11-ounce Flat Iron ($29.95) – A beautiful steak, over 11 ounces in weight, is accompanied by cilantro lime butter and a choice of sides.
  • Roasted American Bison Filet ($55.95) – Coffee rubbed roasted bison served with buttermilk chive whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus, and bourbon blueberry demi-glace.


  • Charred Jalapeño Creamed Corn – Roasted jalapeño cream, queso fresco, and cilantro.
  • Roasted Sweet Potatoes – Garlic, mixed herbs, pomegranate seeds, kale, and smoked chile butter.
  • Brussels Sprouts – Bacon, pecans, roasted garlic, pickled mustard seeds, and honey balsamic.

Extended Happy Hours 

Of course, it wouldn’t be like Haywire or The Ranch to miss out on a Texas-size party this Fall. So to commemorate the changing seasons, both restaurants are extending their happy hour from 2 to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday!
