The Ranch at Las Colinas, Irving’s acclaimed Texas-influenced restaurant, is celebrating its 5th year anniversary with its annual Farm to Fork Showcase on Monday, November 18th. To commend the hands behind the Ranch’s locally sourced cuisine, they have invited the farmers, ranchers, fishermen, bakers, and other food and drink suppliers to introduce their products to loyal patrons of the restaurant.

From 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., The Ranch’s spacious Porch will resemble a classy farmer’s market as the suppliers show off wares – from herbs and honey to fresh eggs and live animals – and mingle with the public, who will be treated and feted with complimentary sips and samples. A raffle will be taking place giving guests the chance to win wine and cigar packages, as well as a VIP dinner to The Ranch.

“Farm to Fork is one of the best annual events we throw,” said Judd Fruia, Director of Operations of The Ranch, “This is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to the farmers and vendors who work so hard every year to provide for us the best products in the state.”

Highlights will include complimentary wagyu sliders from A Bar N Ranch in Sherman, bee honey from Round Rock Honey, freshly churned ice cream from Henry’s Ice Cream, beer samples from Franconia Brewing Company in McKinney and more.

“We love giving guests an opportunity to meet the vendors behind our gourmet Texas cuisine,” Fruia says, “There’s no better way to celebrate our 5th birthday than by celebrating with them!”

The Ranch at Las Colinas is located at 857 West John Carpenter Freeway in Irving and can be reached at (972) 506-7262.
